GLOUCESTER CITY, NJ -- On July 1st, 2007 around 11:30pm a dwelling with reported people trapped was
reported at 611 Hunter Street. Battalion 504 arrived on location and reported a 3 story wood frame dwelling
with heavy fire on the number 2 floor. The 2nd alarm was transmitted on arrival. Squad 51 arrived and went
in operation with the deck gun to knock the bulk of the fire down prior to entering. Squad 51 went in
operation with a 1 ¾ handline and performed searches.  Searches proved to be negative as all occupants
were accounted for. The fire was placed under control around the 30 minute mark. No injuries were reported
on the fire ground. The Camden County Fire Marshals are investigating the cause of the blaze.

EPHRAIM, NJ -- On July 12, 2007, at 414 Black Horse Pike, a dwelling with reported people trapped was
transmitted shortly after midnight. Command arrived and reported a 2 story building with a business on the
1st and apartments above with heavy smoke showing from the 2nd floor striking the all hands. Searches
were performed upon arrival to show up negative.  Crews were in operation with a 1 3/4” hand line followed
by a backup line. All occupants were accounted for on the fire ground. Crews quickly contained the blaze to
the 2nd floor.  The fire was placed under control around the 20 minute mark. No firefighter injuries were
reported on the fire ground.

Apartment Building Fire, Camden County, NJ 07.12.2007
EDGEWATER, MD -- Engine 2-1, Truck 40, Collapse Unit 23, Paramedic 9, EMS 6, and Battalion Chief 3 were
dispatched for a car into a building. Upon arrival of Engine 2-1 a BMW was found through the front glass
window of South River Dry Cleaners. Collapse Unit 23 was canceled prior to arrival on scene. Driver
condition unknown. Minor damage to the vehicle, lots of glass replacement for the store, unknown if anyone
inside the cleaners were injured.

Vehicle Into Strip Mall, Anne Arundel County, MD 07.23.2007
PROVIDENCE TOWNSHIP, PA -- The Rescue Local was transmitted in Company 512's first due @ 149 Snyder
Hollow Road. First in reports from communications advised of one vehicle over turned with one subject still
inside unresponsive. Crews from company 512 & EMS extricated the subject and was transported by ground
to LGH.

PIC w/One Overturned, Lancaster County, PA 07.24.2007
ALLENTOWN ROAD, MD -- BOX 32 was Transmitted to the 8600 Block of Sapienza Drive for the reported
house on fire. 32 Engine arrived with a 2 1/2 story wood frame House with heavy fire showing. Command
requested the fire task force be transmitted and to stage till needed. All hands on scene worked for about 1
hour to control the fire.

Working House Fire, Prince George's County, MD 07.24.2007
SILVER HILL, MD -- BOX 29 was Transmitted to 5404 Gunston Lane for the reported house on fire. Chief 29A
arrived on scene with a 1 story single family dwelling with heavy fire showing on the Alpha and Charlie
Sides. Chief 29A also advised of an updated address of 5406 Gunston Lane, Requesting the Working Fire
Dispatch be transmitted. Engine 294 arrived shortly after, going to work on the blaze as other first alarm
units were arriving. The blaze took over an hour to fully contain as the fire took the roof and gutted the
house.

House Well Off On Arrival, Prince George's County, MD 07.26.2007
DRUMORE TOWNSHIP, PA -- The Rescue Local was transmitted to the area of Route 272 & Route 372 at the
infamous Buck Intersection for the reported PIC. With units from 58 (First Due), 57 (Special Services) and
EMS marking up, Communications gave an update of a logging tractor trailer overturned with people getting
the driver out. Rescue Squad 57 Arrived on scene with a logging tractor trailer over turned with the driver
self extricated. Crews from 58 & 57 handled hazards and fluid control from the truck. At the time of the
incident there was a construction flagger directing traffic as road work at the intersection was underway.

Back To The Buck Intersection They Go... Lancaster County, PA 07.26.2007
WARWICK TOWNSHIP, PA -- As communications was getting busy transmitting BOX after BOX for reported
house fires caused by a passing lightning storm. BOX 210 was transmitted to 9 Picnic Woods Circle for the
reported house on fire. As units from the first alarm were marking up, Communications advised of a lightning
strike to the house with a possible working fire in the attic. E210-1 arrived and laid out from the corner with
E210-2 holding at the plug. Crews from Engine Company 210 and Tower 25 did a check of the house for fire
and hazards after the lighting strike. Units went ready in about 20 minutes after transmitting the BOX.

Passing Storm Causes A Lot Of Work, Lancaster County, PA 07.27.2007
WARWICK TOWNSHIP, PA -- The Rescue Local was transmitted to the area of Route 772 and Warwick Road for
the reported PIC. As Units from 210 and EMS were en route, communications advised of a two vehicle head
on crash with injuries. Chief 210 arrived on scene reporting a two vehicle head on PIC. Crews from Engine
210-1 and Squad 210 handled hazards and fluids as EMS checked on the patients. All patients involved in the
crash refused EMS transport and signed off.

Head On PIC, Lancaster County, PA 07.27.2007
WARWICK TOWNSHIP, PA -- BOX 210 was transmitted to across from 745 East Millport Road for the reported
barn on fire. Communications advised incoming units of multiple reports of a barn well off. Chief 210 arrived
on scene confirming a large barn well off. Command requested multiple upgrades to the first alarm including
a large amount of tankers as the area had no hydrants. Crews battled the fire throughout the early morning
hours. No injuries were reported, but one steer was killed in the fire.

Company 210 Starts Their Day Off With A Job, Lancaster County, PA 07.28.2007
MARTIC TOWNSHIP, PA -- BOX 58 was transmitted to 25 Lakewood Drive for the reported house on fire. LCWC
advised units en route of a house struck by lightning with fire showing. Chief 58-2 arrived on scene
reporting a 2 1/2 story wood frame single family dwelling with heavy fire showing from the Charlie side.
Crews from Engine Company 58 started 2 water lines to the interior for an attack. Interior crews reported to
command they had heavy fire conditions on the 2nd floor and attic area. Command shortly afterwards pulled
all crews from the house as the fire over took the roof and started to collapse into the 2nd floor. Command
ordered all crews to go heavy duty from the exterior as Tower 512 was set-up and started to knock down the
bulk of the fire. Multiple upgrades were added to the first alarm assignment including multiple tankers to
haul water to the scene.

Storms Bring More Work, Lancaster County, PA 07.29.2007
FAYETTE TOWNSHIP, PA -- Fayette Fire & EMS, Mifflintown & Thompsontown Rescue Companies, Medic 1 &
Medic 29 were all sent to Rockland Road for a reported PIC w/ entrapment. EMS foreman arrived and
reported 1 patient ejected (DOA) and a 2nd patient trapped in the car. One car hit a tree and ripped it
completely in half. Rescue crews stabilized the vehicle and started patient extrication. The patient was
transported to the landing zone at a local golf course then flown by air medical to trauma center.

Fatal Crash Kills One and Rips Car In Half, Juniata County, PA 07.30.2007
MOUNT JOY TOWNSHIP, PA -- BOX 711 was transmitted to the 1300 Block Of Campus Road for the reported
barn on fire. Minutes later an Officer from company 719 reported a large barn well off. Units from 711 and 74
arrived on scene and started to go to work as command transmitted the 2nd and 3rd Alarms. The barn was a
complete loss and one fireman from Company 75 was transported to HMC with minor injuries.

3 Alarm Barn Fire, Lancaster County, PA 07.30.2007
WEST LAMPETER TOWNSHIP, PA -- BOX 512 was transmitted to 1524 Eshelman Mill Road for the reported
house on fire. Units from Companies 512 & 54 were advised that PA State Police were on the scene with a
working house fire, with this information E512-1 requested the 2nd Alarm be transmitted. Engine 512-1
arrived and started an interior attack, Crews from 512 & 54 encountered a small fire and knocked it down
with-in minutes. Crews from both the first and second alarms worked to check for extension for about 40
minutes, no injuries were reported.

2 Alarm House Fire, Lancaster County, PA 07.31.2007
NUTTER FORT, WV -- At 12:41 PM, Nutter Fort VFD and Harrison County EMS were alerted for a Signal 6A (PIC)
in front of the entrance to Harrison County Bank and the Nutter Fort Park. Engine 71 (w/4) arrived on scene 4
minutes after dispatch and found a 2 car PIC with injuries and a large fluid spill present. Engine 71 assisted
with spill cleanup and traffic control while EMS took control of patient care. All patients refused treatment
and EMS crews were released. After fluid clean up units went ready @ 13:13.

WHITEFORD, MD -- BOX 601 was transmitted to the 1500 block of Main St. Cardiff, MD for a Dwelling Fire with
Rescue. HCEOC advised 2 calls reporting entrapment.  Chief 6 arrived and reported a two-story dwelling
with fire showing on Alpha side on both 1st. & 2nd floors. Shortly, Command confirmed rescue and
requested a 2nd alarm. E612 arrived and crews deployed 2 hand lines to Charlie side. Minutes later, interior
crew located the victim on the 1st floor, who had already succumb from the fire conditions. Several units
from Harford County & York County, PA worked on the scene for several hours & assisted the MD Fire
Marshal Office & Harford Sheriff's Department with their investigation. The cause of fire is pending. Also,
E611 was on stand-by at Lancaster Co. Station 58 and responded to the scene.

Fatal House Fire w/Entrapment, Harford County, MD 07.29.2007
NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA -- Around 2pm on Saturday The tones for company 41 were hit out for the PIC with
ejection. 41-9b shortly arrived and requested all incoming units to step it up and 2 additional BLS's. Patient
was pronounced on scene and crews were on scene for about 2 1/2. The road was shut down for about 5
hours while Newtown, Radnor and East Goshen police departments investigated.
